In the left side of the above picture, you can see the settings to choose the location where your ads will appear.

For example you reside in Country India and in the state of Mumbai.
Then you can choose the Location of your ads as Mumbai.
After that when you make the payment and your ads are live,
they will appear exclusively to the active Facebook users and who are residing in Mumbai.
That’s highly targeted ad as most your prospective patients in Mumbai will see your ads in their Facebook timeline.
